Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please report problems with an email to artistpepper@gmail.com. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

The return address is set by default to our printer’s facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

If you haven't added a billing address, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer - Contact Pepper Pepper via email artistpepper@gmail.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are at buyer’s expense. If you choose to return an item because you want it in a different size you would need to place a new order at your expense.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore ArtistPepper.com reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever

 

SHIPPING POLICY

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider.

 

Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t worry, All of the big LA t-shirt factories are practically in our backyard. This means it’s super easy to keep stocked and minimizes wait time for you and your customers!

Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, or severe inclement weather, delivery within the USA should be expected within 30 business days (note that ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays).

International orders (outside of the USA), during peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive.

 

•How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders will typically ship within 2 to 7 business days, however during peak holiday seasons, pandemics or with severe inclement weather, it may take currently up to 20 days.

 

• Why haven't I received my package?

Please check the tracking on your package.

If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. https://www.artistpepper.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the USA. International mail service couriers provide an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As international mail service couriers hand your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. international mail service couriers are not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority.

 

• What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?

Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process.
